COMPETITION AND EXAM
For those looking to take their dance or cheer training to a higher level, Dance Sensations offers competition level teams in both dance and cheer.
Our Performance Teams, Dance Troupes and Competitive Cheer Teams provide students with higher level skills in their training and development and gives them the chance to compete in local and national competitions.
We also offer R.A.D. Ballet classes for those students looking for a higher level of technical training in their ballet and the opportunity to work towards sitting their exams.
PERFORMANCE TEAMS
Dance Sensations Performance Teams classes are for those dancers who are wanting a little bit more and to be part of a team who have more performance opportunities throughout the year and to introduce the expectations and commitment requirements of Competition Teams.
Being involved in a Dance Sensations Performance Team is a highly rewarding experience for a student and sees them develop a strong sense of teamwork and ‘DS Spirit’.
Due to the teamwork involved in being a DS Performance Team student, there are certain eligibility criteria that must be met.

TROUPES
Dance Sensations Dance Troupes compete at various local eisteddfods each year and have competed at National competition finals biannually for the last 10 years (this is an optional trip).
Being involved in a Dance Sensations Troupe is a highly rewarding experience for a student and sees them develop a strong sense of teamwork and ‘DS Spirit’.
Due to the teamwork involved in being a DS Troupe student, there are certain eligibility criteria that must be met.

All STAR CHEER
The athletes from our DS Cheer teams compete at competitions locally and around the Sydney area.
DS athletes get access to the best resources, with fully accredited coaches and a competition level sprung floor to train on. Your child will train using the most up to date coaching techniques in the safest possible environment.
They will build their skills and constantly challenge and improve themselves as they prepare for their competitions throughout the year.

RAD EXAMS
For those looking to gain formal qualifications as part of their training, Dance Sensations students may wish to work towards taking their R.A.D Ballet exams.
