Your child can do as many or as little classes as they like. Our timetable is designed to make it easy for your child to be able to do multiple styles/classes on the same day to

make it easier for parents or to be able to do combinations of classes one after the other that go together well. But you are able to select which classes work best for you!

Our classes are categorised by colours on our Timetable, but this is purely for us to be able to organise classes. Our recreational classes are not graded and are offered by age group. So your child is able to do any of the classes available on the timetable for their age group except for the classes marked "invitational" which are our Competitive Team classes.

Yes! We offer a "love it or its free guarantee" for our Trial classes which means your child can trial any class with us and will only be charged for that first week if they choose to enrol, Any classes they do not wish to continue with will not be charged.

When your child enrols in classes with us they will become part of our Onboarding Program and you will gain access to our Welcome Hub with a range of special features like our online Parent Portal and Class Communication App. Trials can be booked all year round, book yours now!

Fees are paid by Weekly Direct Debit and we are also an approved provider for

Active and Creative Kids Vouchers.

Once you enrol, we will set up your Direct Debit. If you wish to pay in full you can make a pre-payment on your account for the Term at the beginning of each term. Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of the year and classes roll over automatically from term to term unless you choose to withdraw.

At Dance Sensations we have an ALL INCLUSIVE fee structure to make it super easy for parents! This means there are no confusing 'additional' Registration or Costume Hire Fees, these are all worked into the weekly amount and it is just a set fee each week for your dancer to dance with us as outlined on our Fee Schedule. Your fees also cover all insurances and applicable licensing fees.

We may request extra payments to cover the cost of performances such as a Concert Performer Fee or for our Competitive Stream Students.

If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, we require notice of withdrawal to cease the enrolment and Direct Debit for the year.

To withdraw from a class, one (1) weeks notice from the scheduled class day must be provided. You will be charged for up to and including the week of withdrawal and your Direct Debit will then cease.

Enrolment holds your child's place in a class. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for any missed classes and makeup classes are not available.

In instances of extended leave due to overseas holidays , sickness, or injury greater then 4 weeks and notified in advance, these may be reviewed by Management for a fee waiver.

We welcome injured students to continue to watch in class so they can continue to learn.

We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. To withdraw from a class, one (1) weeks notice from the scheduled class day must be provided. You will be charged for up to and including the week of withdrawal and your Direct Debit will then cease.

Simply email accounts@dancesensations.com.au and notify us that your child will not be continuing with classes.

At Dance Sensations we have a studio uniform that not only creates a sense of belonging for our students but eliminates peer pressure, encourages disclipline and ultimately

ensures safety whilst participating in classes. Depending on the class style your child chooses to do uniform usually consists of a top, bottom and appropriate shoes. We have a wide range of uniform available at the studio to purchase and uniform starts around $35 a piece. We can help select the most appropriate uniform for your child based on their selected class styles.
